Ament can provide a full range of architectural services that encompass "total project design." We offer planning, space programming and building design services. Our services also include project management guidance including budgeting, monitoring, and documenting construction related activity for our clients. We offer a variety of project delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build and integrated project delivery (IPD).

Ament's experienced civil engineers have been instrumental in the design of many notable public improvement projects and private developments in the Midwest. These projects include corridor studies and arterial roadway extensions, water storage and distribution, residential subdivisions, industrial complexes, recreational facilities and family entertainment centers.

Ament Inc.'s staff of licensed professional land surveyors provide a full range of survey services, including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary, topographic, and hydro/bathymetric surveys, as well as Ground-based LiDAR, right of way acquisition and construction staking. We are proud to manage large contracts for state transportation agencies including the Illinois DOT and the Illinois Toll Highway Authority, and have provided QA/QC oversight on a a number of large projects for these clients.

Ament survey crews use the most current survey instrument technology with advanced computer software for survey data collection, including ground-based LiDAR. This technology enables the efficient transfer of data from the field to the finished drawing, reducing project time requirements and increasing the overall quality of project designs.
